Does Bark'n Clean Scoopers® clean the entire yard?

Bark'n Clean Scoopers® will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.


Do you provide dog waste removal services all year round?

Yes! Bark'n Clean Scoopers® provides dog waste removal services year-round. Even in the winter, we will still show up to provide services.


How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?

The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at Bark'n Clean Scoopers®. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard.


How much does it cost to hire a professional pooper scooper?

Pricing is based on the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of dogs. Most of our clients end up paying between $100 and $140 per month.


Do I have to sign a contract for pooper scooper services?

No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling the contact number.


How do you dispose of the pet waste after each cleanup?

Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. In every case, we will take the waste off your property and properly dispose of it with Waste Management.


Can you clean with my dog in the yard?

Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of me and my team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards us, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.


Do I need to be home in order for you to complete the service?

No, you don’t need to be home. As long as the gate is accessible, we’re good to go! If it’s locked, we just ask that you provide a code or key. After each visit, you’ll receive a service notification and a photo confirming your gate is securely closed.


Can I request a specific cleanup day?

We don’t offer specific cleanup day requests, but we’ll provide 2 - 3 options to best accommodate your schedule.


Do you provide arrival windows for services?

No, we don’t provide specific arrival times for our pooper scooper services. We let you know the day before that we are coming, and then provide an approximate 30 minute notification before arriving.
